Mortgage deliveries to the GSEs were up 14.5% from September to October, according to data from Inside The GSEs.

At top-ranked United Wholesale Mortgage, GSE deliveries with private MI were down 9.5% from the second quarter.

The nonbank took an $8.7 million loss in the third quarter compared with a $25.3 million loss the previous quarter.

The lender’s margin went from 1.13% in the second quarter to 1.30% in the third quarter.
