The Mortgage Market Statistical Annual is a print volume that contains data for the most recently ended calendar year.
The Excel-format collection includes approximately 10 years of historical data (varying by chart) through the most recently ended calendar year. All data is in Excel™ format. It may be licensed for multiple users for an additional fee.
The single-user web access subscription includes full historical depth, dating in many cases to the 1980s, and extending through the most recently ended calendar year. Updated weekly, this option also allows access to quarterly updates for current-year periods and for some sets includes extended, total-market rankings. Data are immediately downloadable from the insidemortgagefinance.com website when you are logged in. Users may subscribe to either PDF format or spreadsheet format. In addition to the data sets listed below, the data subscription includes access to nearly 100 additional sets that are not kept current, but provide excellent historical statistics.
