Recently the company opened a new branch office in Anaheim, CA, bringing to 38 the number of C&C branch offices across the nation.

During JPM’s recent earnings call, Lake said “over half” of the new portfolio additions were jumbos and “the other half” were conventional mortgages.

The vast majority of the jumbos were originated by First Republic Bank and have seasoned for an average of 2.4 years.
