Nonbank wholesale lenders rolled out a variety of non-agency products in recent weeks, including prime jumbo mortgages, non-qualified mortgages and nonprime offerings. Newfi Lending launched Sequoia Porfolio Plus, a program where all underwriting and exceptions are handled in-house.
