Tech Startup to Anonymously Match Loan Officers With Lenders
August 27, 2026
New Jersey-based tech platform mLOOP is aiming to discreetly connect loan officers with prospective employers.
On the mLOOP platform, originators create a profile and set parameters for what they’re seeking in an employer, whether it be a preference for management styles, lender culture or certain benefits. The system then sends originators a handful of matches based on their criteria.
One of mLOOP’s key features is anonymity for both parties. Originators won’t see the name of the lender they matched with until they choose to take the next step.
“When they choose to connect with the lender, the lender’s identity is revealed, but the loan officer stays anonymous,” Ellen Duncan, CEO of mLOOP, said. “A conversation begins within mLOOP, where they can interact directly with the lender.”
