SFIG Raises Questions About Underwriting Self- Employed Borrowers Under CFPB’s ATR Rule

Mortgage investors and lenders alike have a number of questions about underwriting self-employed borrowers under the federal ability-to-repay rule issued by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
