With spam under attack from consumers and anti-spam legislation popping up in many states and in Congress, mortgage lenders are finding it harder and harder to get out the right message to the right people. But a little-discussed and serious challenge for lenders is how to protect themselves from the spam backlash and make sure that their wanted e-mail gets through to the expected recipients.
