Recent progress on speech recognition systems has led to an array of interactive speech-enabled phone systems in the market, and increasingly, mortgage lenders are turning to this technology to help their servicing operations. One of the lenders that heard the call is Countrywide Home Loans. The lender in February chose a range of Nuance speech recognition products to power its
