Two more mortgage industry firms last week took steps toward bundling services, consolidating their turf and expanding their outsourcing capabilities. Stewart Title Co., Houston, has formed Stewart Realty Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary that will develop and market a bundle of information services, technology applications, title insurance and closing services as well as Internet-based real estate transaction management solutions.
