The First American Corp. and Land-America Financial Group have formed a joint venture to deliver real estate appraisals. First American’s eAppraiseIT division will combine with LandAmerica’s OneStop appraisal production division, formerly known as Primis. The two companies said the merger will create the nation’s largest provider of real estate valuation services.
