Arizona County Unveils Electronic Recording Maricopa County, AZ, has joined Broward County in Florida and Orange and Riverside counties in California to make available paperless electronic recording of mortgages in the county recorder’s office. County Recorder Helen Purcell said the new electronic recording system allows mortgage servicers to prepare and submit digital lien releases to her office without using a single piece of paper.
