Workflow is just one piece of the puzzle to improving business efficiency, but it’s not the whole solution, according to experts on business management. Michael Smaney, industry manager at FileNet, a technology firm that provides business management and workflow tools to financial services companies, said the traditional workflow management approach has limited success because it is “technologically limited” as it has to go through human touches. “Workflow is
