OnePipeline announced its first online compliance arrangement with a national real-estate broker brand, Realty Executives. Through the online lender RealMart, the 8,000 real-estate agents working for Realty Executives will be able to earn fees for providing mortgage-related services. OnePipeline offers an online mortgage compliance system that guarantees brokers that their acceptance of these fees will not violate the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act prohibition against getting paid without providing a tangible service to the borrower.
