With a larger share of the secondary market as their goal, the Federal Home Loan Banks’ rival mortgage programs have launched new initiatives aimed at improving transaction profitability. The Federal Home Loan Banks of Seattle and Chicago have separately taken the wraps off servicing-released options for the Mortgage Purchase Program and the Mortgage Partnership Finance programs they sponsor.
