Mortgage bankers are becoming increasingly frustrated with the apparent lack of any coordinated effort to stem the tide of state and local predatory lending laws that is continuing to sweep the country. And that frustration was clearly vented at this week’s annual convention of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
