Complaints alleging predatory lending practices and borrower discrimination have been filed in Illinois and Maryland against Wells Fargo Financial, even as Louisiana looked into similar allegations against the lender. The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now filed a class action lawsuit in Illinois and a complaint with Maryland ’s Commission on Human Relations against the Iowa-based financial institution.
