The Federal Reserve Board has lifted the mandatory compliance date for delivering disclosures electronically to give financial institutions ample time to make the necessary system adjustments. Financial institutions would have been required to comply with interim final rules scheduled to take effect on Oct. 1, but many requested a reprieve, according to Fed officials.
