The Federal Reserve Board has published a Spanish version of its consumer brochure, "How to File a Complaint About a Bank," for consumers. The brochure covers the type of complaints that get lenders in trouble with the Fed. It also provides information about major consumer protection laws and lists other federal regulatory agencies and the type of institutions they supervise. To obtain a copy, call (202) 452-3245 or visit the Fed’s web site at www.federalreserve.gov/pubs/complaints.
