The Federal Home Loan Banks are continuing to beef up their internal lobbying capabilities. The Atlanta FHLBank announced last week that it had lured Eric Mondres from America’s Community Bankers to serve as its new VP and director of government relations. Mondres held a similar post at the ACB for nearly nine years.
