Even though his days are numbered at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, that hasn’t stopped agency Director Armando Falcon from developing a regulatory agenda for the coming months. Speaking at the annual Housing Summit of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Falcon didn’t sound like someone who has resigned and is expected to be replaced within the next month or two.
