Although Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan was up on Capitol Hill last week to testify on the state of the U.S. economy, his closely watched comments eventually touched on the GSEs. And, as might be expected, both positive and negative news could be taken from the Fed chairman’s brief remarks.
