At the December meeting of the Federal Housing Finance Board, Chairman John Korsmo pledged to take up the issue of delegation of authority to FHFB staff at an upcoming meeting. He did not, however, say that the Finance Board would be revisiting at that meeting the staff’s authority to approve programs such as the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago's request to launch a Shared Funding program.
