How did subprime lenders fare at the tough job of growing their portfolios in a year marked by historically low interest rates? The answer appears to be “quite well.” In fact, a new Inside B&C Lending analysis suggests that the largest subprime servicers did considerably better than their prime market peers when it came to adding new loans to the books last year.
