B&C People Æ Fairbanks Capital Corp. has shored up its management team. The beleaguered servicer, which is being investigated by the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Housing and Urban Development over allegations of abusive business practices, last week added 12 new executives, including three senior vice presidents.
