Household Finance had the top volume last year among a group of subprime companies identified by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Inside B&C Lending’s exclusive analysis of Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data reveals. According to the HMDA data, Household – which reported under the statute for the first time – generated $12.4 billion in new loans last year. Some $8.03 billion of those came through
