The National Association of Mortgage Brokers urged Congress to employ regulations that requires all bank mortgage loan originators to take the mortgage competency test under the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act. The CFPB and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. will co-host a webinar to outline strategies to address and prevent elder financial abuse on July 25.
