A national mortgage lender has agreed to pay Inside Mortgage Finance Publications, Inc., the publisher of Inside Alternative Mortgages, more than $800,000 to settle charges that the lender violated federal copyright laws by making unauthorized copies of various IMF Publications newsletters.
