Genworth Financial said it will turn over documents and other materials specified in a subpoena issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission last week, reiterating that the company intends to cooperate fully with SEC investigators. Both the SEC and Genworth officials declined to comment on the subpoena. A General Electric Co. spin-off, the Richmond, VA-based company was handed the subpoena on May 11, asking that it submit documents relating to “certain loss mitigation insurance
