Financial Crimes Enforcement Network Information sharing. During an April 26 Senate Banking Committee hearing, FinCEN Director William Fox announced an information-sharing agreement with the New York State Banking Department. Under the agreement, NY banking regulators and FinCEN will share results of state examinations for bank compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
