The Bush administration didn’t exactly put its money where its mouth is as far as GSE reform funding in the recently proposed budget. According to budget documents released last week, the White House has allocated $60 million for Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight in 2006. That represents a mere 0.8 percent rise from the $59.5 million the agency received for 2005 – when the regulator’s budget was boosted 48 percent in the wake of
