The Attorney General for the State of Ohio filed a class-action lawsuit against Fannie Mae last week that accuses executives of cooking the books in order to obtain bigger bonuses. Jim Petro lodged the complaint against Fannie on behalf of state employees’ pension funds and GSE shareholders in general.
