The National Notary Association, which represents 4.5 million notaries public, has formed a partnership with Encomia LP to provide an electronic mortgage system based on the industry standard SMARTDoc technology. The partnership will combine the association’s widely used Enjoa system, which provides an electronic platform for electronic notarization, or “eNotarization,” of electronic documents, with Encomia’s eMortgage platform.
