BCE Emergis has lined up with Online Documents Inc. to enable lenders using the latter’s mortgage document software to upload eMortgageDocs directly to the BCE Emergis eLending platform, which enables e-signatures and electronic closing. eMortgageDocs are also known as SMART docs.
