A lot of online lenders are running around looking for the latest technology to boost their mortgage originations. In the course of doing so, they overlook a lot of less glitzy fundamentals. Too bad, says Internet business coach Bill Ringle, because it’s the fundamentals that will give the mortgage banking companies an edge.
