GHR Systems will leverage newly acquired Ultraprise Loan Technologies Inc.’s correspondent lending system and secondary market technology to push its own technology products. The acquired technology is expected to help push out GHR’s flagship etelligence Lender Loan Origination and Processing platform later this year.
