Two former top officials of competing online mortgage ventures have joined Prism Mortgage in a newly created dual executive officer structure. David Matthews, who was president and chief operating officer of Ultraprise, now has the same title at Prism, where he is responsible for financial management, risk management, technology, regulatory compliance and the implementation of strategic operational initiatives.
