Lenders will find fair-lending compliance and reporting much less tedious under a new arrangement between a mortgage software vendor and a fair-lending compliance software developer, sponsors say. Harland Financial Solutions, developer of Pro Suite mortgage origination software tools, has teamed up with Business Information Technologies Inc. to create an interface between their products for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act and Community Reinvestment Act reporting.
