Mortgage lenders find integrating technology their biggest challenge, according to a recent report on mortgage lending. To understand the impact of technology on mortgage originations, Forrester Research Inc. interviewed 50 mortgage executives about how they are automating underwriting and workflow. Of the companies interviewed, 22 percent listed integrating technology as their biggest hurdle in originating mortgages, according to the report, "Resuscitating Mortgage Lending."
