Ultraprise Loan Technologies Inc., Frederick, MD, has closed its secondary mortgage exchange to concentrate on the mortgage software business. The action comes one month after the merger of Ultraprise Corp. and LoanTrader Inc. that formed Ultraprise Loan Technologies. LoanTrader closed its primary mortgage exchange prior to the merger.
