Privacy and security concerns may not be the only factors keeping consumers from paying their mortgages online. According to a survey commissioned by Mobius Management Systems, Inc., an electronic bill payment and presentment software provider, consumers are ready and willing to pay their mortgages online, yet most have no idea whether or not their mortgage lender offers such an option.
