Efforts to move consumer bankruptcy reform legislation surfaced once again on Capitol Hill last week as the House moved quickly to pass a measure as a part of a farm bankruptcy bill that had already cleared the Senate. Now, the combined bankruptcy bills are headed back to the Senate in the hope of some final action.
