Fidelity National Financial Inc. is trying to offer an alternative lien protection policy aimed at second mortgages, home equity loans as well as refi mortgages. The Fortune 500 company has filed an application with the California Department of Insurance to offer a Master Lien Protection Loan Policy of Title Insurance.
