The title insurance industry is suing Radian Guaranty, Inc. in California state court in an effort to force the Philadelphia-based private mortgage insurer to withdraw a controversial mortgage pool policy with a title insurance component from the market. The American Land Title Association, an industry trade group, was expected to file its suit this week in Orange County, CA. The group said it will continue to challenge the Radian product on the state regulatory level
