The Mortgage Bankers Association of America called upon the Department of Housing and Urban Development to move quickly and decisively to resolve unanswered questions pertaining to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. The MBA said that while some matters require basic legislative reforms there are more urgent RESPA questions that need to be resolved by administrative action.
