The Bond Market Association has proposed a new standard master dealer agreement to replace the individual and sometimes confusing agreements used in the sale of securities issued by government-sponsored enterprises. The draft agreement contains standard contract terms for parties in the sale of Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal Home Loan Bank securities, as well as other
