Wall Street continues to have concerns with New York state’s latest regulatory guidelines for considering certain loans and investments for Community Reinvestment Act credit despite changes that already have been made to the guidelines. The Bond Market Association is urging the state’s Banking Department to make clear that the guidelines do not create any new due diligence requirements, or modify existing ones.
