Statistics Show AHP Funds Stay Close to Home Rep. Barney Frank, D-MA, has said that he will sponsor a bill next year allowing multidistrict memberships for some Federal Home Loan Bank members, because FHLBank funds tied to needed housing programs are limited to communities that fall within their respective districts.
