When Wall Street veteran Mark Brickell was named by the White House to be the next director of the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight back on Feb 4, nearly everyone assumed he would be at the agency by mid-year at the latest. But nearly four months later, Brickell’s nomination still hasn’t been even forwarded to the Senate, much less confirmed. And while many observers chalk up the delay to a White House concerned
