Officials at WMC Mortgage say a new training course is having a magical effect on the company. “We are taking green peas and turning them into wizards,” said Amy Brandt, WMC’s executive vice president for mortgage production, of a six-week training course and three-month internship that she likens to Hogwarts School, the wizard training institute of Harry Potter fame.
