Subprime lenders may feel the love in February, when a predatory lending bill that would trump state consumer protection laws is slated for introduction in the House of Representatives. The bill, a draft of which was obtained by Inside B&C Lending, is being pushed by a newly formed coalition of lenders that include such industry heavyweights as Household International and New Century Mortgage.
